An affiliate of UPMC in Pittsburgh, UPMC Susquehanna is a regional health system based in North Central Pennsylvania, including Divine Providence Hospital, Muncy Valley Hospital, Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital and Williamsport Regional Medical Center.

Its wide array of services include heart and vascular surgery, neurosciences and neurosurgery, cancer care, orthopedics, urology, OB/GYN, gastrointestinal services, home care, behavioral health, long-term care, physical, occupational and speech rehabilitation, palliative and hospice care, assisted living, ENT, paramedic and specialty services. In 2016, UPMC Susquehanna reinvested over $94 million into its community through support programs, outreach, Nurse Family Partnership, property taxes and charity care.
