Under President Davie Jane Gilmour’s leadership, Pennsylvania College of Technology a special mission affiliate of Penn State is recognized as a national leader in applied technology education.

Founded and focused on student achievement and responsiveness to industry and workforce needs, Penn College realizes that successful graduates are its best ambassadors. A proponent of civic engagement, the institution commits to a wealth of projects on and off campus.
