One-Stop Communications

Est. 1996

One-Stop Communications opened in September of 1996, in Lewistown. For the first several months, One-Stop employed only two individuals, including the owner. Wireless phones were largely considered a luxury in the late 1990s, though customers could still purchase products and services through Bell Atlantic, CellularOne, Primestar, Dish Network and DirecTV. From there, as technology advanced and companies merged and changed, One-Stop carried Nextel, Verizon, Cingular and AT&T products.

Today One-Stop Communications provides simple, reliable, nationwide 4G LTE service at affordable rates with no contracts through Cricket Wireless. Central Pennsylvania residents responded immediately and within six months of offering Cricket in Lewistown, One-Stop opened a new store in State College. Two more Cricket stores are planned for 2017 in Huntingdon and Selinsgrove, with additional locations being considered throughout Central Pennsylvania as well.

One-Stop Communications is a well-respected and thriving business that employs 18 professional staff members. In addition to Cricket Wireless, they offer Dish Network, DirecTV, as well as phone and security systems. One-Stop has given back to the community that has supported their small business for two decades by donating to local schools and sports teams, the Salvation Army, the United Way, the Mifflin County Library, Rotary, 4-H, local fire companies and police departments and many other worthy organizations.
