John M. Bonislawski, Jr.

President and CEO

Homeland Manufacturing Services, Inc.

John M. Bonislawski, Jr. is the president and CEO of Homeland Manufacturing Services, Inc., a company he started out of his 300-square foot basement in 2013. What started as a small business with only one order grew in less than three years to a business that now employs 15 people in a 6000-square foot state-of-the-art electronics manufacturing facility.

Bonislawski saw success after noticing that there was a great need in Central Pa. for a company with the technical expertise and experienced employees capable of producing high quality electronic circuit cards, on time, at a competitive price by a local U.S. company.

Bonislawski graduated magna cum laude from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor of science in electrical engineering technology. He started his career at Xerox Corporation in Rochester, N.Y. as a manufacturing engineer, manufacturing supervisor, design engineer and research and development engineer, earning four U.S. patents. After this he moved to work for eight years at a mid-sized contract electronics manufacture as a surface mount technology process engineer, process engineer and director of quality assurance and process improvement.

In his spare time, Bonislawski enjoys hunting, fishing, woodworking and spending time with his family. He and his wife of 23 years, Jennifer, have three sons, Christopher, Matthew and Ethan.
