Indiana County Center for Economic Operations (CEO)

Est. 1994 / Indiana

The Indiana County Center for Economic Operations (CEO) is a county-wide public- private partnership dedicated to the economic growth and prosperity of Indiana County, Pennsylvania residents and its business community. Affiliate members of the CEO are the Indiana County Commissioners, Indiana County Chamber of Commerce, Indiana County Development Corporation (ICDC), Indiana County Tourist Bureau (ICTB) and Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP).

The CEO provides an array of business services, including: site selection assistance to pad-ready business parks and multi-tenant office and industrial buildings; local, state and federal funding opportunities; workforce training programs; tax credits, including Keystone Opportunity Zones and Keystone Innovation Zones; a small business incubator; business networking and access to information regarding tourism and other recreational opportunities to enjoy in Indiana County.

In Indiana County, “pad-ready” — the availability of sites with infrastructure installed that a new or expanding company can move onto quickly — is an important component of the county’s strategy to attract new businesses and job opportunities. At the county’s newest business park sites, the 200-acre Windy Ridge Business & Technology Park in White Township and the 27-acre 119 Business Park in Center Township, both provide excellent access to key highways, proximity to amenities, a talented workforce and incentives.
