Johnstown -  For the 3rd consecutive year,  Conemaugh Home Health (CHH) has been ranked among the Top 500 Medicare-certified home health agencies in the country.

The annual HomeCare Elite review identifies the Top 500 agencies based on an analysis of performance measures in quality outcomes, quality improvement and financial performance.

Conemaugh Home Health is one of only 93 Medicare-certified agencies out of more than 8,200 nationwide to have attained at least top 500 recognition in each of the last three years.
